+ 30 Day Book Challenge: Day 7 +

Most Underrated Book

Anthem by Ayn Rand. I feel like this book is underrated because I know a number of people who read it, but almost none of them seemed to appreciate it at all. I know people who just dismiss her writing for the fact that she is a political psychopath and it seems like no one has a decent thing to say about Ayn Rand. I call B.S. on that sentiment. I don't care what views, opinions, or ideas an author has. I seriously do not give a damn. If I think your book looks interesting I will read it. You can spend your time in an insane assylum for all I care.

Anthem is about a futuristic society where the world has been over thrown by government and society has regressed to a technological dead land. There's no eletricity, individuality, or allowance to care about yourself. Everything is for the whole; "I" cannot be used in communication. What can I say? I love me some dystopia fiction. I don't care what anyone says or thinks - this book is brilliant. I would recommend it any day.
