Day 15: The Best Thing to Happen to You this Week.
The best thing that happened was I hit my second fitness goal. I hit my high school weight. I'm in better health than I've been in for over a decade. It feels amazing!
I upped the weights at the gym so I've spent some time this week being sore, but I've kept working through it and am feeling great.
I'm not done with my fitness goals. Not by a long shot, but I'm working towards a new one which is great.
