+30 Day Book Challenge: Day 12 +

Day 12 A Book that was Read to You Over and Over as a Child

This one was kind of answered already in a previous post.

However, Patchy Pumpkin Finds Himself a Home was read to me very often as a child. The tale of a large, bumpy, and somewhat unpleasing to the eye pumpkin that doesn't get chosen to be a jack-o-lantern for Halloween, nor a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. He gives up hope and cries because no one loves him or wants him. That's when a lovely surprise occurs and he finds himself a happy ending (don't want to spoil the whole story for you - I know it's killing you not knowing!).

There were a couple other books that got quite a lot of wear and tear over the years as well, but Patchy was read to both Ajax and myself for basically all of our childhoods.
